BICSc® accredited and Cleanlogic® certificated training courses are now available online to complement our face-to-face training.  

Any course you wish to undertake can be taken at your own pace at a time to suit to you.


The courses and workshops consist of video presentations, useful documents and video demonstrations. There are short quizzes testing your knowledge, there may also be an assessment of multiple choice questions to complete the theoretical part of the course. In some there will be assignments that need to be completed and submitted. 


Please remember any CPSS® or Accredited training will be followed by a face-to-face assessment by one of the BICSc® team, this will either be in person or via a live video link. Purchasing the course includes the cost of this Assessment. 


To undertake any of the CPSS® skills you must hold a Licence to Practice (LTP) that is in date.

How can the Virtual Training Suite help BICSc Accredited Training Members?

Are you struggling to find the time to train and assess your cleaning operatives?

  • Let the BICSc Virtual Training Suite relieve some of the pressure.

    We can supply you with access to the LTP & Skills training courses for your operatives to work through the training over a 14-day period leaving you with only the need to assess them once they have completed the online training. The training takes the form of recorded presentations with snippets of video to reinforce certain points, followed by a full demonstration video of the skill at the end with a section of refresher questions to reinforce their learning.

  • Pricing

    Pricing for this will start at a maximum of £40 (+VAT) per candidate for the Licence to Practice and a maximum of £20 (+VAT) per candidate for the skills. Pricing will vary depending on numbers of candidates and skills you require. Please contact us and we will be able to provide you with a bespoke cost based on your requirements. We can also let you have a weekly report on the progress of your operatives if you require it.

  • Assessment

    Please remember your operatives will still need to complete the relative assessments with one of your licenced assessors, either through the BICSc assessor app or in paper form (if you do it in paper form you will also need to submit the paperwork to request a card update).

  • Free Courses

    There are also quick, free courses, available to your operatives to further enhance their knowledge. Click on the Category Free Courses to see what is available.

  • Demonstration Videos

    We can also allow you access to the full demonstration videos for LTP and the available skills for £10 (+ VAT) each for a period of 24 hours. If you are holding a toolbox talk and want to show the videos for a skill for example.

FAQ's

  • Can I leave my learning and return when convenient?

    Yes, you can complete the course in one or many visits. When you return to the training suite just log in and you can continue from the point you reached on your last visit. If you wish to review what you have completed, you can do this too.

  • How long does the training take?

    The courses do not have a specific timescale. The virtual suite is designed so that you can learn at your own pace at times that suit you.

  • Who and how do I contact for help or if something goes wrong?

    If you need any help, please email BICSc Training & Services.

  • Are these recognised qualifications?

    BICSc and Cleanlogic® are private, professional cleaning qualifications internationally recognised by many employers within the cleaning sector.

  • I cannot remember my log in password. How do I find it?

    If you cannot remember your password, you can click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the log in screen and create a new password. Remember to keep a note of your password in a secure place.

  • Can I have printed certificates on completion?

    • CPSS® LTP and Skills training do not issue certificates, a skills card will be issued once successful assessments have been completed.

    • Cleanlogic® courses and workshops will issue an electronic certificate which you can print if you wish.

  • How can I pay for a training course?

    We ask you to pay by card online when enrolling for a course. When you enrol, the system will take you through the payment options.

    If you are bulk booking and wish to be invoiced, please email BICSc Training & Services who will discuss further options with you. Please note no access to virtual training will be given until payment is received in full.
