  • What are the training aims?

    This course has been designed to provide useful information and advice for a domestic cleaning operative so they can undertake their tasks in a manner that ensures their safety.
    You will learn how to be safe, with a look at the necessary health and safety compliance issues and a look at what to consider when choosing chemical product.

  • What is the course content?

    The course is split into chapters and lessons, each lesson can contain a mix of voiced presentations and/or videos with a multiple-choice quiz at the end. You must complete each lesson before you move onto the next one. There are a number of useful downloads for your use as well.

    Anyone who is a domestic cleaning operative looking for an introduction into operative safety and best practice.
